CAZADORES DE EMPLEO “The Job Hunters” is a unique approach where reality entertainment television meets employment education and at the end of the day a service is provided where everybody wins. This original reality show is based on the most basic need of everyone watching, employment. The journey taken on each show will take us through an infinite realm of viewing possibilities designed to keep viewers interested from beginning to end. By showing the basic reflections of everyone’s unique need, employment, “Cazadores” will not only entertain, inform, plus give helpful hints and tips to our viewers in a very hip and fresh way.
CAZADORES DE EMPLEO “The Job Hunters” FORMULA: In a 30 minute format (22-24 min. with three to four breaks) we meet our three show candidates we have pre-screened and selected to participate in the show. These three young adults go job hunting with the “Job Hunters”. After visually reviewing their aspirations, backgrounds, and strengths, and getting to know them a bit, we embark on having the CAZADORES pair them up with potential employers. They will each have three possibilities. We will cliffhang these possibilities so that we may have a final climax at the end of the show; thus revealing what job each of our participants got, or in some dramatic cases, which one of them totally got rejected and got nothing. Throughout CAZADORES we will show lots of REALITY drama by following their struggle from their initial contact, their job interview preparation, and the agony of actually getting out there and selling themselves as good potential employees. Our bump ins and bump outs will also include tips on how to prepare, dress, and conduct yourself during your job search among many other tips.
CAZADORES DE EMPLEO “The Job Hunters” main target is the young and adult 18 to 80
CAZADORES DE EMPLEO comes in a 30 minute format (with three jobseaches cases) but can be expanded with six job searches for a full hour (44-46 min.) television format
CAZADORES DE EMPLEO can be tailored made for focusing the job search to the young and adult (18-75) and by positioning today’s music to give it a fresh and current feel
CAZADORES DE EMPLEO offers endless possibilities for co-sponsorship, product integration of full sponsorship at various levels
CAZADORES DE EMPLEO also offers the possibility to be made into an English Language format as well .

We propose a 13 week first season run commitment at 30 MIN per show(22-24 min. broadcast timings with three to four breaks)
Cost per show is $,000 per episode with a first run and two re-runs option
Our proposal is based on providing programming for your company at the least financial impact possible. As always, we would be very open for any negotiation when it comes for distribution
