Simon Cowell’s publicist has confirmed the “American Idol” judge and his longtime girlfriend, former model and British television presenter Terri Seymour, broke up. The Daily Mirror first broke the story, and Cowell’s publicist Max Clifford, confirmed the story to PEOPLE magazine. The pair had known each other for 16 years and had been dating since 2002 after she interviewed him for a show.
