Jennifer Hudson’s brother in law, who is the person of interest and suspected of killing three members of her family, appeared before an Illinois parole board today to get his freedom, according to officials. William Balfour, 27, the estranged husband of Hudson’s sister, Julia, will appear before the Illinois Prisoner Review Board while the police investigation into the triple homicide in Chicago continues, the Chicago Tribune reported Sunday.
