“Real life in a hurry” could be one way to describe what the participants of NBC’s upcoming reality TV show, The Baby Borrowers, may experience. On June 25th NBC will kick off the new show where five 18-to-20 year-olds will rise to the task of taking care of infants, toddlers, tweens, teens, and then elderly folks. The message this reality show is hoping to send is a very clear one: DON’T GET PREGNANT.

There's a lot of controversy around this show... I've kinda been thinking about it though and I think it would be beneficial for the teens involved and for anyone watching considering becoming a parent for the first time

I've been hearing a lot of buzz on this show over the web. The one thing I don't understand is how some parenting groups are in favor of this show and how some aren't. I guess its just one of those things you'll have to see and make a call on yourself.

I don't see how putting teens together to live and making them take care of elderly people is going to prevent teen pregnancy.

And what kind of mothers let pawn their babies off to strangers to make a reality show?
