The fifth season champion of Dancing With the Stars and two time Indy 500 winner, Helio Castroneves has found himself dancing from the ballroom into the courtroom. He is to appear in federal court on March 2, 2009 for one count of conspiracy to defraud the United States of income taxes and six counts of tax evasion. His sister and business manager, Katiucia Castroneves and Ohio-based attorney Alan Miller will face trial on similar charges, according to E! News.
