Due to a court’s decision to issue a preliminary injunction preventing The Weinstein Production Company from moving Project Runway to Lifetime, the show may not be able to go forward as planned and debut in January 2009. New York Supreme Court Justice Richard B. Lowe granted the injunction on September 26 in response to a request from NBC Universal, the Bravo parent company that is suing to prevent losing Project Runway to Lifetime.

Project Runway is the best show on tv. please hurry and work out something so the loyal viewers can look forward to seeing the new season soon. The show certainly is the best of Bravo,but, the CW will get more viewers because people won't have to pay for extra cable channels to watch. These money poor times has caused many to drop cable or downgrade to cheaper service. Project Runway and ANTM are my favorites and it would be great to have them on the same network,but I'll watch whatever channel it is on. In Bravo's defense, it did come up with the show and boy did they do a great job. Please,however, think of the fans for once. So many more would be able to view it on the CW, or Hallmark.
